Our jewellery is handcrafted, and each piece is one of a kind. We do not offer an exchange for jewellery unless a shipment is damaged in transit. If you wish to exchange it due to damage, we need to be informed within 12 hours of receiving the product and once we receive the courier back, we will do an internal QC and only after it passes our QC will we offer an exchange or store credit.
